AODE Complete Temperature Control System Supports Trial Production of 10,000T Giga Casting Island
1.Temperature Control Solutions for the Die-Casting Industry
Recently, the 10,000T Giga Casting temperature control island solution developed by AODE for its customer has successfully entered the trial production stage.
This temperature control system is specially designed to meet the demanding process requirements of ultra-large integrated die casting. The complete solution includes oil temperature control units, multi-channel water temperature control units, mold cooling stations, mold temperature monitoring systems, and mold temperature platform piping systems, providing full-process, high-precision temperature control support for integrated die-casting molds.
2.Customized Solution for 10,000T Giga Casting Production
With the completion and commissioning of the 10,000T Giga Casting island, the project will have the production capacity to manufacture 450,000 integrated die-cast aluminum alloy automotive parts per year, providing strong support for the large-scale production of lightweight core structural components for new energy vehicles.
