In light guide plate injection molding, the accuracy and stability of mold temperature control directly determine the surface finish and optical performance of the final product. Solution (Select equipment)
To address the temperature control challenges in light guide plate injection molding, AODE has introduced a dedicated water temperature controller solution that can be flexibly customized according to specific process requirements, effectively overcoming many of the limitations of traditional temperature control systems. This solution offers flexible temperature range options. The supporting oil temperature controller can reach up to 320°C, while the water temperature controller can operate stably up to 200°C. Temperature control accuracy can reach ±0.1–1°C, meeting the demanding temperature requirements of light guide plate injection molding. The system uses heating tubes with a water-electricity separation design, which prevents scale formation at the source, extends the service life of the heating tubes, and reduces maintenance frequency. The piping system adopts an integrated welded structure with excellent sealing performance, ensuring leak-free operation, reducing resource waste, and minimizing environmental pollution. This solution not only aligns with green manufacturing principles, but also improves production efficiency and meets the needs of different production scenarios.
